Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
• Desirable Qualification: LLB / CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
• Upper Age Limit: 32 years

Selection Process

Application Process

1. Download the application format from the official website.
2. Fill the form, sign it, and attach a recent passport-size photograph.
3. Attach self-attested copies of required documents.
4. Send the application by email to careers@nepamills.nic.in or by Registered/Speed Post.
5. Write on the envelope: “Application for the post of Company Secretary on FTA Basis”.

Required Documents

• Date of birth proof
• Educational certificates from matriculation onward
• Caste certificate / PWD certificate, if applicable
• Experience certificate
• NOC for employed candidates in Government / PSU / Semi-Government organizations

Reservation and Fees

• Reservation and age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PWD / Ex-servicemen as per Government rules
• OBC Creamy Layer candidates are not eligible for OBC-NCL relaxation
• Application Fee: Not mentioned in the notification

Important Notes

• The post is temporary in nature.
• Initial tenure is 2 years, extendable up to 3 years based on performance and requirement.
• No claim for permanent appointment is allowed.
• Medical fitness is mandatory.
• No TA/DA for joining or completion of assignment.
• Company accommodation may be provided subject to availability.
• Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
• Any corrigendum will be published only on the official website.
• Jurisdiction of disputes will be Nepanagar Court only.
