Eligibility Criteria for Project Technical Support II

Candidates applying for the Project Technical Support II (PTS II) position under the ICMR First In World Challenge Project must fulfil the prescribed educational qualifications and experience requirements mentioned in the recruitment notification.

Application Process

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be conducted through an Interview by the Selection Committee. However, a Written Examination may be conducted depending on the number of eligible applicants.

Written Examination Criteria

If more than 30 eligible candidates apply for the post, a written examination will be conducted on the day of the Interview.

Shortlisting for Interview

• Candidates securing qualifying marks or above will be shortlisted.
• Maximum top 10 candidates in the written examination for each post will be shortlisted for interview.

Final Merit List Preparation

If a written examination is conducted, the final merit list will be prepared based on the combined marks obtained in the Written Examination and Interview.

If fewer than 30 eligible candidates report for the selection process:

• Written Examination will not be conducted.
• Interview will be conducted in Hybrid Mode (Online/Offline).
• Final merit list will be prepared solely on the basis of Interview marks.

General Terms and Conditions

Important Instructions for Candidates

• Candidates already working in Government service must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their present employer at the time of interview.
• The prescribed qualification is the minimum requirement and merely possessing the qualification does not guarantee selection.
• Candidates must bring original certificates related to age, educational qualification, professional qualification, and experience.
• Candidates must bring two recent passport-size colour photographs.
• Candidates must bring one set of self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents.
• Candidates failing to produce required documents will not be allowed to participate in the Written Examination/Interview.
