Application Process

1. Candidates must attend Walk-in-Interview at the prescribed venue.
2. Candidates must bring a filled application form.
3. Submit self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents and testimonials.

5. Two recent passport-size photographs must be carried.

Important Terms & Conditions

1. It is the candidate’s responsibility to ensure eligibility. False information may lead to disqualification and legal action.
2. Appointment is purely contractual for the specified duration and does not guarantee permanent employment at AIIMS Bhopal.
3. Performance will be reviewed every 3 months. Unauthorized absence of 3+ working days may lead to termination.
4. Contract is for 1 year and extendable based on performance and project funds availability.
5. Either party may terminate contract with 30 days notice or salary in lieu thereof.
6. Leave entitlement will follow institute policy for ad-hoc/short-term projects.
7. No accommodation or hostel facility will be provided.
8. Government employees must provide No Objection Certificate at interview.
9. Minimum qualifications do not guarantee selection.
10. Candidates must bring original documents and required copies; otherwise, they will not be allowed for interview.
11. Salary is fixed and inclusive; no additional allowances will be provided.
12. No TA/DA will be paid for attending interview or joining.
13. Canvassing will lead to disqualification.
14. Private practice is strictly prohibited.
15. Candidates must follow institute conduct and discipline rules.
16. Selection authority decision will be final.
17. Candidate must not have been convicted by any court of law.
18. False or suppressed information will lead to termination.
19. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
20. AIIMS reserves the right to modify or cancel the advertisement at any stage.

22. Age relaxation applies as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC.
