Project Description & Problem Statement
Project Title:
"Post-Quantum Secure and Verifiable Auction Framework for National e-Governance"
Problem Statement:
To design and develop a post-quantum secure and publicly verifiable auction framework for National e-Governance applications, addressing future quantum-era security risks in e-auction/e-tendering systems.
Tenure & Duration
Duration: Initially for one year, extendable for another year based on satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
Eligibility Criteria & Desirable Skills
Essential Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech with M.E. / M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) / Information Technology (IT) or related discipline.
- Must have a valid qualified national-level examination, i.e., GATE / NET etc.
Desirable Experience & Knowledge
Candidates having knowledge or experience in the following domains will be given preference:
- Cryptography
- Post-Quantum Cryptography
- Linear Algebra
- Abstract Algebra
- Programming
Age Limit
Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
Salary & Compensation
Monthly Fellowship / Salary
Rs. 37,000/- per month + HRA as per Institute norms.
