Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must possess a Law Degree and must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- The candidate must not have been convicted in any criminal case.
- No disciplinary proceedings should be pending or concluded against the candidate by any authority.
- At the time of appointment, the candidate must not be employed in any government or judicial service.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 05 years of experience in legal practice.
- Experience in drafting pleadings and handling legal matters.
- Experience related to service matters and recruitment-related legal cases.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in court proceedings related to service matters.
