Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Essential Educational Qualification

Ph.D. in Food Technology / Food Processing / Food Engineering or a relevant discipline.

Desirable / Preferred Research Experience & Qualifications

Candidates having research experience during Ph.D. / Postdoctoral research in plant proteins, protein characterization, food processing, extrusion technology, meat analogues, or related areas will be preferred.
Candidates having National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification will be preferred.
Candidates having relevant research experience during their Ph.D. will be preferred.
