Eligibility Criteria
- B.Ed. (Special Education) from a recognized university/institution approved by RCI with valid CRR number.
- Six-month Diploma/Training in inclusive education recognized by NCTE or RCI.
- Must have passed UTET-2 or CTET-2 examination.
Preferential Qualifications
- Minimum two years of service in Territorial Army, or
- Possession of 'B' or 'C' certificate from National Cadet Corps (NCC).
Other Requirements
- Registration with Uttarakhand Employment Exchange or valid domicile certificate, OR
- Graduation with High School and Intermediate (or equivalent) from Uttarakhand institutions.

Selection Process
- Written Examination (Objective type, multiple choice, 100 marks, 2 hours, 1/4 negative marking).
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: General/OBC – 45%, SC/ST – 35%.
- Merit list will be prepared category-wise based on written examination scores.
- Tie-breaking rules: older candidate preferred; if still tied, alphabetical order of names.
- Final selection subject to document verification.
