Uttarakhand Competitive Examination (Measures for Prevention and Redressal of Unfair Means in Recruitment) Act, 2023

In accordance with Notification No. 168/XXXVI(3)/2023/10(01)/2023 dated 27 April 2023, strict penal provisions and punitive actions will be initiated against any candidate found indulging in malpractice, impersonation, or unfair means.
