The selected candidate for the post of Soft Skills Trainer & Placement Officer will be responsible for executing the following duties at the Haridwar Campus:

• Conducting comprehensive soft-skills and employability training programs for students.
• Training students in key communication techniques, overall personality development, interview preparation, and group discussion (GD) skills.
• Coordinating and managing end-to-end campus placement drives.
• Interacting with corporate recruiters and building strong institutional placement partnerships.
• Providing active career guidance, support, and counseling to students.
• Maintaining thorough placement-related records, data analytics, and reporting documentation.
