Experience Requirements

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience as IT Consultant, IT Advisor, IT Expert or board-level engagement in organizations.
• Experience in Information Technology, Banking Technology, Cyber Security or related domains.
• Experience providing services to Public Sector Banks, Financial Institutions, Government Organizations or reputed IT service firms.
• Experience as CISO / CTO / CIO / Head of Department or equivalent role in top universities or organizations for at least 3 years.
• Minimum overall experience of 25 years in IT, Banking Technology, Cyber Security, Financial Inclusion, IT Policies, Process Automation or related fields.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in Banking IT related areas and projects.
• Experience in IT policy planning and financial networks.
• Experience with financial information systems.
• Experience in cyber security technologies.
• Experience in payment technologies.
• Membership in Technical Advisory Group or industry working groups.

Selection Process

Tenure of Engagement

• The engagement will initially be for a period of one year.
• The contract may be extended for another year depending on performance and requirements of the bank.
• Maximum tenure will not exceed two years.
• The engagement is purely contractual and does not constitute permanent employment.
• Benefits such as PF, pension, gratuity or other staff benefits will not apply.
• The contract can be terminated by either party by giving 30 days notice or salary in lieu of notice.

Nationality / Citizenship

• Citizen of India.
• Subject of Nepal.
• Subject of Bhutan.
• Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1962 with intention of permanent settlement.
• Person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia or Vietnam intending to settle permanently in India.
