A. Educational Qualification

• Mandatory: Full Time B. Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Equivalent Degree in above specified disciplines with minimum 50% marks OR MCA OR M. Tech / M. Sc in Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Electronics / Electronics & Communications Engineering or Equivalent Degree in above specified disciplines with minimum 50% marks (From a University / Institution / Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies).
• Preferred: An advanced degree in Cyber Security or Information Technology would be preferred.

B. Other Certifications (Mandatory)

Candidate should hold one or more valid certification of the following:

• • OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) from Offsec
• • OSCE³ (OffSec Certified Expert 3) from Offsec
• • OSWE (Offensive Security Web Expert) from Offsec
• • OSEP (Offensive Security Experienced Penetration Tester) from Offsec
• • GIAC GPEN (GIAC Penetration Tester) / GXPN (GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester)
• • CAISP – Certified AI Security Professional from Practical DevSecOps
• • Offensive AI – Attack & Defend AI Systems from SANS
• • GenAI and LLM Security from SANS

C. Experience (Mandatory)

Minimum 03 years’ post-qualification hands-on experience in offensive cyber security, including one or more of the following areas:

• • Red Team operations and adversary emulation;
• • AI Red Team operations including security assessment of Generative AI and Frontier AI models;
• • Penetration testing of networks, applications, cloud environments, APIs and enterprise infrastructure;
• • Cyber security testing and security evaluation of systems leveraging Frontier AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs);
• • Advanced vulnerability assessment, exploitation and validation of security weaknesses in enterprise environments.

D. Job Profile

• • Conduct full-scope Red Team exercises to emulate advanced persistent threats (APT).
• • Perform offensive vulnerability management: exploit validation, attack path mapping, and adversarial simulation.
• • Develop custom exploits, payloads, and evasion techniques to test resilience against AI-powered defense systems (e.g., Mythos-like adversarial models).
• • Execute threat hunting from an attacker’s perspective, identifying blind spots in SOC monitoring.
• • Collaborate with SOC teams to translate offensive findings into defensive improvements.
• • Lead purple-team engagements to integrate offensive insights into defensive playbooks.
• • Provide detailed attack chain documentation, exploit proof-of-concepts, and remediation guidance.
• • Any other offensive security tasks as per organizational requirement.
• • AI Red Teaming and usage of AI tools for vulnerability scanning, discovery & remediation.

E. Skill Set

• • Deep understanding of cyber-attack tools, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• • Expertise in penetration testing frameworks (Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, etc.).
• • Strong exploit development and reverse engineering skills.
• • Knowledge of adversarial AI, sandbox bypass, and evasion strategies.
• • Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework for offensive mapping.
• • Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for custom offensive tooling.
• • Sound analytical and troubleshooting skills with attacker mindset.
