| Educational Qualification | Graduate degree with either FRM (GARP) or PRMIA certification OR minimum two years’ experience as Chief Risk Officer in a regulated lender with board-approved CRO appointment. |
| Desirable Qualification | CFA, Chartered Accountant (ICAI), or Cost & Management Accountant (ICMAI). |
