Employment Type
The engagement will be on a Regular (Permanent) basis on an All India basis. Selected candidates are liable to be posted or transferred anywhere in India or abroad at any of the Projects, Stations, Offices, Joint Ventures, or Subsidiaries of THDC India Limited.
Base Salary and Pay Scale
- Starting Basic Pay: ₹29,400/-
- Pay Scale: ₹29,400 – 3% – ₹1,19,200 (S-2 Grade)
- Probation Period: 1 year from the date of joining
The compensation package includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perquisites and Allowances @35% of basic pay under the cafeteria approach, Performance Related Pay, Company Quarters or HRA, Medical facilities, Group Insurance, NPS, PF, Gratuity, Post-Retirement Medical Benefits, and various loans such as House Building Advance, Car Loan, and Computer/Laptop Loan.
Career Progression: Selected candidates shall be eligible for promotion to S-3 Grade (₹29,600 – 3% – ₹1,19,500) after 4 years as per existing THDCIL Promotion Policy.

Eligibility Criteria
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- All qualifications (10th, 12th, and Essential Qualification) must be full-time and regular courses from AICTE recognized universities or institutions.
- Minimum 60% marks are mandatory in essential qualifications. Rounding off to 60% from 59.99% is not permitted.
- Experience should be post-qualification, and roles such as trainee, intern, academic researcher, JRF/SRF, PhD Scholar, or project trainee will not be considered as valid work experience.
- Computation of age shall be done as on 01.07.2025 and computation of experience as on 07.11.2025.

Selection Process
- The selection process will include a Computer Based Test (CBT) with 100% weightage in the final merit list.
- Qualifying Marks: UR/EWS/OBC(NCL) – 50%, SC/ST/PwBDs (where vacancy reserved) – 40%.
- Test Centres: Delhi/Noida, Dehradun, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ranchi, and Kolkata.
- Candidates must download E-Admit Cards from the official website. No admit cards will be sent by post.
- Final merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the CBT.
Health Standards
Applicants must be certified as medically fit by a duly qualified and registered medical practitioner, medical board, Chief Medical Officer, or Civil Surgeon of a Government Hospital approved by the company before appointment.
