Eligibility Criteria
Senior Cluster Manager (SCM)
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 30.11.2025
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field. Preference for MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing/Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in MSME cluster development, financial services, NBFC, microfinance, SME loans, or related sectors.
Cluster Manager (CM)
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as on 30.11.2025
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in cluster activities, MSME development, SME loans, NBFC/microfinance, or similar areas.
Candidates must be Indian citizens. All experience certificates must clearly mention the relevant field of experience.
