Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA)Qualified Chartered Accountants from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) preceded by 10+2 in a regular classroom course.
- Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)Qualified Cost and Management Accountants from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) preceded by 10+2 in a regular classroom course.
Experience Requirements & Skill Competencies
- Mandatory Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Banks, or Financial Institutions (applicable for candidates whose age does not exceed 35 years).
- Area of Specialization: The requisite professional experience must strictly encompass Corporate Finance, Fund Raising through Capital market Instruments (such as Non-Convertible Debentures [NCD], Commercial Paper [CP], etc.), Treasury operations, and related functional areas.
- Experience for Age Relaxation: For any age relaxation sought above 35 years, commensurate additional professional experience in the specified domains is strictly required.
- Language Proficiencies: Fluency in English is required. Working knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
- Technical & Computer Proficiency: Candidates should be proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint applications.
- Joining Preference: Early joiners capable of reporting to duty within 30 days will be given preference in the selection process.

Disqualification & Ineligibility Clauses
