Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Only Indian citizens are eligible
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in Tamil (read, write, speak). Others need not apply.
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from UGC-recognized university with knowledge of computers. Degrees obtained from Open University without 10+2 not valid.

Reservation
Reservation for SC, ST, OBC, EWS and PwD candidates will be as per Government of India guidelines. OBC candidates must produce a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued within one year prior to the last date (08.09.2025). Candidates under creamy layer are not entitled to OBC reservation.

Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through an Online Test followed by Document Verification and Local Language Test (Tamil). No interview will be conducted.

General Instructions & Other Information
- Candidates must carry call letter, valid photo ID proof, and its photocopy to the examination hall.
- Valid ID proofs include PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Aadhaar, etc. Ration Card and Learner’s License are not valid.
- Candidates must arrange their own scribe if required and follow all scribe guidelines.
- Multiple applications not allowed. Only latest valid application considered.
- Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in five southern states and Puducherry.
- Legal jurisdiction: Chennai courts only.
- Appointment subject to medical fitness and execution of service bond.
