Job Details

• Candidates must possess a Graduate degree from a recognized University/Institute.
• Post-wise qualifications are mentioned in Annexure A of the official notification.
• Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible to apply.

Modes of Fee Payment (Section 7.1)

• Online fee payment only through Internet Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or UPI.
• No other mode of payment is accepted.
• Applications received without fee will be rejected.

Reservation Details

Reservations are applicable as per Government of India norms for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, Women, and Minority categories. Detailed RRB- and Zone-wise vacancy breakup is provided in Annexure B.

Minority Category (Section 7.2)

Minority communities include Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, and Zoroastrians (Parsis). This classification is subject to revision or inclusion up to 20.11.2025.

Affidavit Requirement: Minority candidates claiming fee waiver must provide an affidavit (Annexure IV) on non-judicial stamp paper declaring their minority community during Document Verification (DV). Failure to produce this affidavit will lead to cancellation of candidature.

Economically Backward Class (EBC) Criteria (Section 7.3)

Economically Backward Class (EBC) candidates are those whose annual family income is less than ₹50,000 and are eligible for concessional fees as per Para 7.0.

Valid Income Certificate: Must be issued in the prescribed format (Annexure IIIA) on the letterhead of the Issuing Authority before 20.11.2025.

Authorized Issuing Authorities

• District Magistrate or any other Revenue Officer up to the level of Tahsildar
• Chairperson or Member of Zila Parishad or equivalent authority

Application Process

• Applications must be submitted online only via official RRB websites.
• Each candidate can apply for only one RRB.
• Multiple applications across RRBs will result in disqualification.
• Post preferences once submitted cannot be changed later.

Selection Process

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT) – Stage I
2. Computer-Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) / Typing Skill Test (CBTST)
3. Document Verification (DV)
4. Medical Examination (ME)

Final selection will be based on merit after successful completion of CBT and CBAT/CBTST stages.
