Reservation Policy

• Reservation is available for SC, ST, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), EWS and Ex-Servicemen candidates.
• Reservation will be governed by Government of India rules and notifications.
• OBC candidates must belong to the Central List.
• Candidates applying under reserved categories must possess valid certificates.
• Candidates selected on their own merit without relaxation will be adjusted against unreserved vacancies.
• EWS candidates must provide Income and Asset Certificate for FY 2025–26.
• PwBD reservation is not applicable to these posts.

• Candidates can apply for only one post.

• No correction will be allowed after final submission.
• Candidates employed in Government or PSU organizations must produce a No Objection Certificate.
• Selected candidates may be posted at any mine or establishment of NCL.
• Medical fitness is mandatory.
• Admit cards will be available only through the official website.
• The company reserves the right to modify, cancel, restrict or expand the recruitment process.
• Court jurisdiction shall lie with the Hon'ble High Court of Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
• In case of ambiguity, the English version of the notification shall prevail.

Travel Allowance Information

No TA/DA shall be paid for appearing in the CBT, document verification or joining duties except where specifically mentioned in the notification.
