Eligibility Criteria

Essential Educational Qualification

• 10th Pass with Diploma (MLT / DMLT / ITI or equivalent) along with minimum two years of experience in the relevant subject or field
• OR Three-year Graduate Degree in a relevant subject or field with at least one year of experience in the relevant subject
• Diploma in Computer Application is mandatory
• Typing speed of not less than 30 words per minute (wpm) is compulsory

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in Clinical Research
• Experience in Public Health Programs
• Experience with Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) Programs or Health Registries
• Good communication skills in English and the local language

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting of candidates based on eligibility criteria
2. Offline interview of shortlisted candidates
3. Final selection based on interview performance
4. Decision of the Selection Panel will be final and binding

Job Responsibilities

• Data entry and data abstraction of stroke cases within the hospital
• Conducting data quality checks and ensuring completeness of records
• Telephonic and in-person follow-up of patients
• Assisting in other project-related tasks as assigned

Document Verification and Contract Terms

• Candidates must produce original certificates related to qualification and experience whenever required
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all documents must be submitted
• Two recent passport-size photographs are mandatory
• Failure to produce original documents will lead to disqualification
• The terms and conditions of appointment will be governed by the contractual agreement with the institute
• In case of resignation, one month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu of notice is mandatory
