1. Interested and eligible candidates must attend the Skill Test and Walk-In Interview on the scheduled date and time.
2. Candidates must carry their biodata at the time of the interview.
3. One attested photocopy of all educational qualification certificates and experience certificates must be submitted.
4. Candidates must bring all original certificates for verification.
5. Candidates must carry a valid identity proof.
6. Two recent passport-size photographs must be brought at the time of the interview.
7. Candidates arriving after the prescribed reporting time will not be permitted to attend the interview.

• Candidates must possess the required educational qualifications and minimum experience for the advertised post.
• It is the sole responsibility of candidates to ensure that they satisfy all eligibility requirements before appearing for the interview.
• Candidates currently employed must obtain and produce a "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) from their employer. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the interview process.
• Since the post is under a scheme related to the control of outbreaks and epidemics, the selected candidate may be required to work in shifts and during holidays whenever required during an epidemic or pandemic situation.
• The appointment is purely contractual in nature and does not confer any right to claim regular employment in the institute.
• Selected candidates will not be entitled to benefits available to permanent employees of the institute.
• The selected candidate must submit an undertaking accepting the rules and regulations on judicial stamp paper duly notarized by an authorized notary.
• Age relaxation for SC, ST, and OBC candidates will be applicable as per Government norms.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the skill test or walk-in interview.
• Candidates must carry original educational certificates, copies of experience certificates, identity proof, and two photographs.
• Candidates are advised to regularly check the institute website for any updates regarding the interview schedule and declaration of results.
• No separate communication through post, email, SMS, or telephone call will be made regarding the interview or results.
• Selected candidates and recruitment-related updates will be published on the institute website.
• The decision of the selection committee regarding the appointment shall be final and binding.
• The selection committee reserves the right to modify the selection procedure, amend the rules, or cancel the recruitment process.
