Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

  • The candidate must have obtained First Class with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or a CGPA of at least 6.5 on a 10-point scale in both degrees.
  • B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • M.Tech/ME in Power Electronics, Power Electronics and Drives, Electric Vehicle, Electric Transportation, or any other specialization closely aligned with Power Electronics and Drives or a related field relevant to the project.
  • The candidates must have a GATE qualification.

Desired Qualifications

  • Candidate should have experimental knowledge in the hardware/control design of power converters.
  • Familiarity with MATLAB, PLECS, PSIM, PCB Design Software and DSP/FPGA Controller.
  • Good analytical ability and competent in report writing.
