Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities
- i. To assist the Project Management Unit (PMU) in implementation of Aquaculture Insurance.
- ii. Deals with all matters related to insurance within the project, including assessing insurance needs, procuring appropriate insurance coverage, managing insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with insurance requirements.
- iii. To provide data and reports on Insurance policy, claims experience, and other key metrics to management.
- iv. Collaborating with all stakeholders across departments, functions, and levels of the organization related to implementation of Aquaculture Insurance.
Eligibility Criteria: Qualification, Experience & Expertise
- Educational Qualification MBA
- Work Experience 5 years of Experience in the field of insurance, designing insurance products etc.
- Key Expertise Strong working knowledge of insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
- Preference Preference would be given to candidate worked with international organizations like World Bank, ADB, AFD, KFW, GIZ etc.
Contract Period / Tenure
The Project Based Contract Staff (PBCS) would be hired on contract basis initially till 31 March 2027, which may be extended based on the requirement of the project and performance or will be co-terminus with the project period.
