Eligibility Criteria

Sr. Consultant (Procurement & Contract Management)

• Master’s Degree / PG Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Finance OR CA/ICWA
• Minimum 5 years experience in procurement and contract management
• At least 3 years in senior-level procurement role (preferably in health sector or government organizations)

State Project Manager (Program Executions)

• Master’s/PG Diploma in Public Health, Health Systems, Health Management, or related field OR Management Degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in public health programs
• At least 2 years experience at state or national level with NHM or similar programs

Public Health Expert (Monitoring & Evaluation & Digital Infrastructure)

• Master’s in Statistics, Public Health, Demography, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum 7 years professional experience in monitoring & evaluation of public health programs
• At least 4 years experience at state or national level with government or NHM programs

Selection Process

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and experience
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
• Final selection will be made by NHM selection committee
