Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• MBA with specialization in HR / Personnel Management
• OR Master in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management
• OR Master of Social Work (MSW)
• OR Post Graduate Diploma in HR / Industrial Relations / HRD

Desirable Qualification

• Degree in Law
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Internet

Experience

• Minimum 4 years for MBA/MSW candidates
• Minimum 5 years for Diploma holders
• Experience in HR / Personnel / Administration
• Private sector candidates must have minimum annual CTC of ₹6,80,012 (excluding bonuses/incentives)

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules
• Internal candidates eligible for 5 years relaxation (minimum 3 years service required)

Reservation Details

• General (UR): 01 Post
• Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government of India norms
• OBC candidates must provide Non-Creamy Layer certificate (not older than 6 months)
