Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be citizens of India.
• Applicants must be retired officials from Central Government, State Government, or AG Office.
• Minimum 20 years of service in Central/State Government or AG Office.
• At least 10 years of service in the cadre of Assistant Audit Officer / Audit Officer / Senior Audit Officer in Audit or Accounts Department.

Desirable Experience

• Experience in Internal Audit, Financial Compliance, or Accounts Management.
• Experience in Government Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, or Universities.
• Working knowledge of Government Financial Rules (GFR), PFMS, Internal Control Mechanisms, and Audit Procedures.

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on overall record and performance in the interview.
• The University may restrict the number of candidates called for interview based on higher qualifications and experience.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Application Process

1. Candidates must apply online only through the Samarth Recruitment Portal.
2. Applicants must upload a detailed CV or Bio-data.
3. Upload experience certificates and self-attested copies of relevant documents.
4. Call letters and interview communication will be sent via email and published on the university website.
5. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview.

General Terms and Conditions

• Incomplete applications will be rejected without any correspondence.
• Acceptance of submitted documents is provisional and subject to verification.
• If any document is found false, candidature will be cancelled and action will be taken as per rules.
• The engagement is purely contractual and can be terminated with seven days’ notice by the university.
• The selected candidate may resign by giving one month’s notice or by paying one month’s remuneration in lieu thereof.
• Jurisdiction for disputes shall lie exclusively with courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• Candidates must be mentally and physically fit for appointment.
