Location Details

Base Salary

• ₹1,000/hour for the first 3 years of service
• ₹1,200/hour after completion of 3 years
• ₹1,000/month may be treated as conveyance expense

Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS degree from a university recognized by Medical Council of India
• Postgraduate degree in General Medicine (optional)
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a medical practitioner
• Working knowledge of computer/laptop for dispensary duties
• Must have own dispensary or residence within 3-5 km of dispensary location

Age Limit

• Maximum age at entry: 70 years
• Extendable up to 75 years with annual reviews after 70

• Interview by NABARD panel
• Medical Fitness Test required
• Final selection subject to Terms and Conditions (Annexure I)

Other Important Information

• Working Hours:
  • NABARD Adhikari Abasan: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
  • Susham Apartments: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM (Monday–Saturday)
• Part-time engagement, no residential accommodation provided
• Must maintain confidentiality of staff records and medical data
• One month notice required to terminate contract from either side
• Obliged to make substitute arrangements in case of absence (up to 30 days per year)
• Eligible to conduct medical check-ups, issue prescriptions, and support medical camps
