Base Salary

₹1,000/hour for the first 3 years of service
₹1,200/hour after completion of 3 years
₹1,000/month may be treated as conveyance expense

Employment Type

Contractual engagement initially for 5 years, extendable in 5-year blocks up to the age of 70. After 70, annual renewal till 75 subject to review and medical fitness.

Eligibility Criteria

MBBS degree from a university recognized by Medical Council of India
Postgraduate degree in General Medicine (optional)
Minimum 2 years' experience as a medical practitioner
Working knowledge of computer/laptop for dispensary duties
Must have own dispensary or residence within 3-5 km of dispensary location

Age Limit

Maximum age at entry: 70 years
Extendable up to 75 years with annual reviews after 70

- NABARD Adhikari Abasan: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Saturday)
- Susham Apartments: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM (Monday–Saturday)
Part-time engagement, no residential accommodation provided
Must maintain confidentiality of staff records and medical data
One month notice required to terminate contract from either side
Obliged to make substitute arrangements in case of absence (up to 30 days per year)
