Note: Consolidated remuneration includes Basic, DA, HRA, Conveyance, Mobile Allowance, etc. Annual remuneration increases by 4% every year based on project requirements and KRCL discretion.

Application Process
Candidates fulfilling eligibility must appear directly for the walk-in interview with a completed application form (Annexure-A), original certificates, and one set of self-attested copies (proof of age, qualification, experience, etc.).

Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized (AICTE) University/Institute.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and maintenance of buildings and civil structures, including industrial buildings.
- Experience in contract management, tendering procedures, engineering codes, and manuals.
- Knowledge of construction and maintenance regulations for buildings and structures.
- Desirable: Experience in laying and maintaining railway tracks as per Railway standards.
Age Limit
Upper age limit: 45 years as on 01.12.2025 (Relaxation for Ex-servicemen discretionary).

Selection Process
- Walk-in interview as per the schedule.
- Preliminary screening of candidates at the venue.
- Depending on the number of candidates, Group Discussion or written test may be introduced.
- Final merit list will be prepared based on performance, qualifications, and experience.
Other Allowances and Facilities
- Life Insurance reimbursement: ₹500/month.
- Health insurance reimbursement: ₹500/month.
- Medical Allowance: ₹500/month for OPD expenses.
- TA/DA as per KRCL policy when traveling beyond project area.
- Complementary 2AC railway pass on duty.
- Rest house/hotel reimbursement as per KRCL rates with valid vouchers.
- 15 days earned leave for every 6 months of service + 8 days casual leave per year.
Contract Terms
The contract is initially for one year, extendable as per performance and project requirements. KRCL reserves the right to terminate with one-month notice or salary in lieu thereof. Selected candidates must sign an indemnity bond of ₹50,000/- on ₹100 stamp paper. This engagement is purely contractual and does not guarantee permanent absorption in KRCL.
