Remuneration & Allowances

Retention Bonus: ₹25,000 per completed year (Total ₹1,00,000 after 4 years).

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have a B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4-year course) from AICTE/UGC approved institute.
• Disciplines accepted: Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics.
• Candidates should have at least Pass Class in their degree.
• Industrial experience only considered; teaching, research, internships not counted.
• Candidates must submit valid degree and marksheets with percentage conversion proof if applicable.

Age Limit (as on 01.12.2025)

• Trainee Engineer-I: Maximum 28 years
• Project Engineer-I: Maximum 32 years
• OBC: Relaxation up to 3 years
• ST: Relaxation up to 5 years
• PwBD (≥40% disability): Additional 10 years relaxation

3. Ensure correctness before submission; multiple applications for same post will be rejected.
4. Candidates in BEL as Trainee Engineer (min. 1 year) may apply for Project Engineer-I with HR intimation.

Documents Required at Walk-in Selection

• Duly filled application form and 2 passport-size photos
• Proof of age – SSLC/Matriculation certificate
• PUC/12th/Diploma marks card
• Degree marks cards for all semesters and final certificate
• Caste/Category certificates (if applicable)
• NOC from current employer (for PSU/Govt. employees)
• Proof of fee payment via SBI Collect

Application Fee

Fees to be paid via SBI Collect under “Recruitment of Trainee Engineer for BEL-NAMU”. Attach e-receipt with form.

Selection Process

• Trainee Engineer-I: Written Test (100 Marks, ¼ negative marking)
• Project Engineer-I: Written Test + Interview (1:5 shortlisting ratio)
• Minimum qualifying marks: 35% (General/OBC/EWS) and 30% (SC/ST/PwBD)
• Results and final lists will be published on BEL official website.
