Eligibility (Short)

Project Lead	PG in Business/Rural Mgmt/Development Studies/Economics/Accounts/Agri-Business/Entrepreneurship or allied disciplines OR CA/ICWA/CMA/CS or equivalent	12–15 years progressive experience in enterprise/manufacturing-led business, with P&L responsibility and rural enterprise/incubation program exposure.
Business Manager	PG in Business/Rural Mgmt/Development Studies/Economics/Accounts or related disciplines OR CA/ICWA/CMA/CS or equivalent Preference to premier institutions; qualification may be relaxed (with SRLM consultation) for strong relevant experience.	Minimum 3 years in enterprise promotion/management/operations; export facilitation and SHG/FPO/community enterprise sales & marketing exposure mentioned.
