Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• MBA (Finance / Systems / Operations / Hospital Administration)
• OR B.Pharm
• OR B.Tech

Post Qualification Experience

• Deputy Manager: Minimum 2 years experience in Internal Audit / Finance / Accounts or relevant areas. Experience in Pharma / Diagnostic Laboratory operations will be given preference.
• Assistant Manager: Minimum 1 year relevant experience.

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)

• Deputy Manager: Maximum 40 years
• Assistant Manager: Maximum 37 years
