Eligibility Criteria

• Certification: Valid Foreman’s Certificate or equivalent where applicable (e.g., Mining).

Written Examination

Compensation Package

Service Agreement Bond

Appointed candidates are required to serve the company for a minimum of three years from the date of joining.

Bond Amount: ₹3,00,000 (Rupees Three Lakhs Only)

In case of failure to serve the minimum period, the candidate will have to refund the bond amount.

Medical Fitness

Appointment of candidates is subject to being medically fit as per the standards prescribed by HCL Management.
