Application Process

1. Send scanned Application Form, Demand Draft (if applicable), and supporting documents to dean-indore.mp@esic.gov.in by 30/08/2025, 1:00 PM.
2. Original Application Form, self-attested documents, and original DD must reach The Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Nanda Nagar, Indore – 452011 by 30/08/2025, 1:00 PM.
3. Envelope must be superscribed: “Recruitment of Teaching Faculty/Senior Residents on contract basis” with Name of Post and Department.
4. Mode of Interview: Offline and Online. The link for online interview and WhatsApp group will be shared on the day of interview via candidate’s email.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: As per National Medical Commission (NMC, formerly MCI) guidelines.
• Medical Registration: Updated registration with NMC/State Medical Council required. Proof of "Applied for" must be shown if pending.
• NOC Requirement: Candidates in Govt./Autonomous/Private institutions should preferably bring NOC or proof of applied-for NOC.
• Private Practice: Not allowed after joining.

Age Limit

• Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor: Not exceeding 69 years (as on 30/08/2025)
• Senior Residents: Not exceeding 45 years (as on 30/08/2025) with applicable relaxations

Reservation Details

Reservation will follow Government of India rules for UR, SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwD categories. The advertisement includes 25 backlog/unfilled vacancies. If no eligible EWS candidate is available, posts may be converted to UR. PwD reservation will be carried forward if no PwD candidate is available.
