Educational Qualifications

• Post Graduate in Engineering & Technology, Management, or any discipline (2-year full-time PG program from an institute of repute).
• Desirable: PhD in a relevant specialization (full-time).
• Graduation & Post Graduation must be full-time as per Government of India norms.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in education consulting, project planning, management, ICT/IT in education, MIS, capacity building, and training sector projects.
• Experience executing national-level projects in education at a senior level.
• At least 2 years’ experience in CPSE/PSU/Autonomous Body with a pay scale of ₹90,000–2,40,000 (IDA) or equivalent CDA scale / ₹26 LPA CTC.
• Preferred: 3+ years of senior-level experience in consulting, education technology, or project management sectors.

• Maximum Age: 50 years as on 04.11.2025
• OBC: +3 years relaxation
• PwD: +10 years relaxation
• Ex-Servicemen: +5 years relaxation
• Internal Candidates: up to +7 years relaxation
• Jammu & Kashmir Domicile (1980–1989): +5 years relaxation
• Maximum permissible after relaxation: 55 years
