Application Process

1. Candidate must complete one-time registration at https://dsssbonline.nic.in.
2. Use generated User ID and Password for application submission.
3. Only one registration and one application allowed.
4. Application must be submitted before 25/03/2026 (11:59 PM).
5. No correction/change allowed after final submission.

Application Fees

Fees must be paid via SBI e-pay only. Fees once paid are non-refundable.

Eligibility Criteria

Post-wise Qualification

• Legal Assistant: Degree in Law + Experience (1–3 years depending on department).
• Assistant Engineer (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Junior Engineer (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with required experience.
• Grade-II / ASO: Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university; Computer proficiency (where applicable).

Age Limit

• Legal Assistant: Not exceeding 30 years (Some departments 18–35 years).
• Assistant Engineer: Not exceeding 30 years (Some departments 32 years).
• Junior Engineer: Not exceeding 30 years (NDMC: 18–32 years).
• Grade-II / ASO: 21–30 years.

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC: 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years
• PwBD + SC/ST: 15 years
• PwBD + OBC: 13 years
• Ex-Servicemen: Military service + 3 years
• Departmental Candidates: As per DoPT norms
• Widows/Divorced Women (Group C): Up to 35 years (40 SC/ST, 38 OBC)

Reservation Details

• SC, ST, OBC (Delhi Only), EWS, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen, MSP (Where Applicable).
• OBC (Outside Delhi) treated as Unreserved.
• EWS certificate must be valid for FY 2025–26.
• Reservation implementation is under the domain of user departments.

Selection Process

• Legal Assistant – Two Tier Examination.
• Assistant Engineer & Junior Engineer – One Tier Technical Examination.
• Grade-II / ASO – Two Tier Examination (MCQ + Descriptive).
• Computer Based Test (CBT).
• Negative Marking: 0.25 for 1-mark question, 0.50 for 2-mark question.
• Minimum Qualifying Marks:
  • General/EWS: 40%
  • OBC (Delhi): 35%
  • SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
• Normalization of marks if required.
• No re-evaluation.

Important Instructions

• Only one registration and one application allowed.
• No change in category after submission.
• Examination centers may be in Delhi/NCR or other states.
• Strict dress code applicable.
• Electronic devices prohibited.
• DSSSB reserves right to cancel/modify examination process.
