Eligibility & Qualification Criteria
- Age Bracket: Candidates must fall within the age bracket of 60 to 65 years as on the date of notification.
- Educational Qualification: Graduation degree from a recognized University is mandatory / compulsory.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient computer knowledge / literacy is compulsory for operational, audit, and reporting functions.
- Experience & Preference: Preference will be given to retired Bank Officers / retired bank staff.
Key Responsibilities & Role
The selected candidate for the post of Officer (Contractual) will be responsible for discharging the following duties:
- Oversight of RSETI (Rural Self Employment Training Institutes) network operations.
- Processing contractual staff renewal proposals.
- Financial reconciliation of Centre for Financial Literacy (CFL) projects.
- Proper maintenance, auditing, and archiving of departmental records to ensure statutory compliance.
Contractual Nature & Terms of Engagement
- The engagement is purely on a temporary/contractual basis for the initial period starting from September 2026 to March 2027.
- Renewal of the contract will be executed on a yearly basis, subject to satisfactory work performance and operational requirement.
- It carries no right or claim for permanent absorption or regular employment in CBI-SUAPS or Central Bank of India.
Selection Procedure
- Preliminary Screening: Applications received will be screened by a Preliminary Screening Committee based on the prescribed eligibility criteria.
- Interview / Evaluation: Shortlisted candidates will be called for evaluation/interview by the Selection Committee.
- Final Selection: Final selection will be based entirely on the merit list prepared by the Selection Committee.
