Eligibility Criteria

Faculty

Age: 22 to 40 years (with sound health)
Essential Qualification: Postgraduate in MSW / MA (Rural Development / Sociology / Psychology), B.Sc. (Agri.), or B.A. with B.Ed.
Skills Required: Teaching aptitude, computer knowledge
Desirable: Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language, with typing skills
Residential Criteria: Resident of same or nearby district, preferably located near RSETI center

Watchman cum Gardener

Age: 18 to 40 years (with sound health)
Essential Qualification: Passed 8th standard
Desirable: Experience in horticulture or agriculture
Residential Criteria: Resident of same or nearby district, preferably located near RSETI center

Selection Process

Selection will be done through a personal interview. The decision of the Society/Trust will be final and binding in this regard.
