Job Description and Responsibilities

Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in Bank of Baroda Zones, Regions, and Branches.
Conduct strategic planning to meet Zone and Region acquisition targets.
Coordinate marketing efforts with Bank Zonal and Regional marketing teams.
Ensure achievement of client acquisition targets for Zones and Regions as per financial year projections.
Market retail broking products to high net worth clients.
Launch local campaigns, reward and recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
Oversee and manage a team of BDM Team Leaders and Business Development Managers.
Monitor team performance and acquisition inputs.
Conduct internal training programs for team members and Bank of Baroda employees.
Ensure strict adherence to internal processes and organizational values.
Ensure timely recruitment and training as per approved manpower plans.
Take responsibility for learning, development, and career progression of team members.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Graduate or Post Graduate from recognized universities.

Experience Requirement

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Required Skills and Expertise

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Extensive knowledge of client acquisition processes.
Exposure to digital onboarding processes (preferred).
Working knowledge of public and private sector bank retail branches.
Experience managing a large acquisition team in the specified State or Region.
Strong understanding of the securities market.
Mandatory experience in retail broking products and services.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
