How to Apply (Online Application Process)
- Candidates are required to apply ONLINE by clicking the “Apply ONLINE” link after going through prescribed guidelines and ensuring correctness of data entered in the portal/form. (Scanned copy of recent colour passport photo and signature must be kept handy.)
- The online application form can be accessed in BEML Ltd. career page at www.bemlindia.in.
- The online registration site will be available till 18:00 Hrs on 07 January 2026.
- Candidate should have a valid e-mail and mobile number for registration and these should be kept active for the next one year. These contact details will be used for further correspondence by BEML Limited. Change for e-mail and mobile number will not be entertained during recruitment process.
- The generated Registration number should be noted for all future correspondence.
- While filling the online application, the experience section must be filled by first providing the latest experience followed by previous experiences. All experiences should be captured by the candidate. In the space provided against the experience, a pen picture of the experience relevant to the position applied must be written. These will be used at the time of scrutinizing the applications received.
- Only candidates meeting all eligibility criteria viz., Qualification, Age, Caste/PwD/EWS (as applicable) need to apply.
- GEN/EWS/OBC candidates (not applicable for SC/ST/PwDs) must pay non-refundable fee of ₹500 at the end of application form before submission.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for assessment. Merely meeting the advertisement conditions does not automatically entitle a candidate to be called for assessment.
- Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will undergo assessment as per BEML recruitment process.
- Pre-employment Medical Examination: Based on assessment, shortlisted candidates will have to undertake pre-employment medical examination.
- Original Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents for verification. Any shortcoming such as falsification of documents, wrong declaration of age/category/qualifying marks, or non-production of originals including category certificate will lead to rejection of candidature.
- Final Appointment: Appointment of selected candidates is subject to meeting medical standards of the Company and receipt of satisfactory medical report from the Company Medical Officer.
General Conditions (As Per Notification)
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals may apply.
- Cut-off Date: Age, Qualification & Experience should be as on 07.01.2026.
- First Class Definition: First class is reckoned at 60% (aggregate of marks of all semesters/years). Qualifying marks are relaxable by 5% for SC/ST & PwD candidates.
- CGPA/Credit System: Candidates with CGPA/Credit must mandatorily provide conversion to percentage as per respective University/Institution norms.
- SC/ST Certificates: SC/ST candidates must submit caste certificate in the prescribed format applicable for appointment to posts under Government of India.
- OBC (NCL) Certificates & Undertaking: OBC candidates must submit OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) certificate in Government of India format and a self-undertaking (format provided along with application).
- OBC Community Recognition Note: OBC Candidates should belong to communities recognized as backward class by Government of India as per Department of Personnel and Training OM No. 36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.1993.
- Non-Creamy Layer Income Note: Gross annual income of parents of the candidate should not be more than ₹8 lakhs in last three consecutive years as per DOPT OM No. 36033/1/2013-Estt.(Res) dated 13.09.2017.
- OBC Certificate Validity: OBC (NCL) certificate must not be older than six months as on the last date of online application submission.
- PwD Certificate: PwD candidates must submit PwD certificate in the prescribed format applicable for appointment to posts under Government of India.
- EWS Certificate: Candidates seeking reservation under EWS must submit income & assets certificate in the format applicable for Economically Weaker Sections.
- Govt/PSU Candidates (Proper Channel/NOC): Candidates employed in Central/State Government, Autonomous bodies, Quasi-Government and PSU must send print-out of online application through proper channel OR produce NOC at assessment; otherwise, they will not be permitted to appear.
- Additional Condition for Govt/PSU Candidates: Candidates should have worked for at least one (1) year in the immediate lower scale (not applicable to Grade-II positions).
- Internal Candidates (BEML Executive Cadre): Internal candidates meeting advertised criteria may apply through proper channel; must have at least minimum 3 years residual service as on closing date of advertisement (proper channel condition applies).
- Private Sector Candidates: Must be employed in a regular capacity and must submit experience certificate on company letterhead at the time of interview.
- Resume & Experience Pen Picture: Apart from uploading detailed resume, experienced candidates must provide a pen picture of each experience in application form.
- Correctness of Details: Candidate must ensure eligibility and correctness of details. If at any stage it is detected that eligibility norms are not met, or incorrect/false information is furnished or material facts suppressed, candidature will be cancelled. If detected even after appointment, services are liable to be terminated without notice.
- Management Rights: Management reserves the right to restrict number of candidates, increase qualifying percentage, cancel advertisement in full/part, cancel selection process, and increase/decrease vacancies based on business requirements and availability of qualified candidates.
- Communication Mode: Intimation regarding assessments and offers will be sent only through e-mail. Shortlisted/selected list will be uploaded on company website.
