Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Mandatory: Graduate in Commerce / Economics / Finance / Business Administration
- Preferred: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in bullion operations during the last 5 years, including at least 1 year in front-end trading in any of the following:
- Bullion trading & clearing entities
- Bullion desks of banks
- Global commodity & trading houses
- Bullion procurement departments of jewellery conglomerates
- Exchange-authorized bullion brokers
- Exchange-registered bullion trading cum clearing members
- Exchange-registered designated depository participants
- Recognized refiners
- Vaulting and logistics companies
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 24 years
- Maximum Age: 34 years (as on 01-08-2025)
Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:

Nationality / Citizenship
The candidate must be one of the following:
- Citizen of India
- Subject of Nepal
- Subject of Bhutan
- Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with intention of permanent settlement
- Person of Indian origin migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or select East African countries with intention of permanent settlement in India
Credit History
The candidate must maintain a healthy credit history and should have a minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above at the time of joining. Candidates with loan defaults or adverse CIBIL reports are not eligible.
Remuneration & Location of Posting
- Remuneration: Based on qualifications, experience, suitability, last drawn salary, and market benchmark.
- Location of Posting: Tentatively Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Subject to change based on Bank’s requirements. Transfer liability across India.
Nature of Employment
Engagement on a contractual basis for 5 years, extendable up to 10 years maximum. The contract is valid until the age of 60 years or end of term, whichever is earlier.

Selection Process
The selection will be based on:
- Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience
- Personal Interview (PI) and/or any other method as decided by the Bank
- Qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank
- Final merit will be prepared considering performance in the selection process
- In case of tie at cutoff, older candidates will be given preference
