Selection Process
- Method of Recruitment: Written Exam / Interview or both
- Selected candidates must join within 5 days of declaration of results
- This is NOT a permanent employment with AIIMS Rishikesh
- The posts are purely on contract basis for one year or till project completion, whichever is earlier
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
Terms and Conditions
- The posts are purely contractual; no claim for regular appointment will be entertained.
- Employee Performance Indicator will be applied.
- Experience should have been gained after acquiring essential qualification.
- Qualification and experience may be relaxed at the discretion of Director AIIMS Rishikesh / Recruitment Committee.
- Decision of the Recruitment Committee will be final.
- Submission of false information will disqualify candidature at any stage.
- If performance is unsatisfactory, appointment may be terminated without notice.
- The appointee may resign with one-month prior notice or deposit salary equal to one month.
- No other allowances or facilities apart from consolidated salary are admissible.
