Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit and Relaxation

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years (as on 01 July 2025)
• Relaxation in Upper Age Limit:
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• SC / ST: 5 years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India rules
• Regular AAI employees (completed probation): 10 years + applicable category relaxation

Reservation Details

• Reservations are provided for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, and Ex-Servicemen candidates as per Government of India norms.
• Ex-servicemen reservation is horizontal and applicable across categories.
• Reservation is applicable only to candidates domiciled in Eastern Region states/UTs.

Application Fees

• UR / OBC / EWS: ₹1000 (inclusive of all charges)
• SC / ST / PwBD / Women / Ex-Servicemen / Apprentices: Exempted from fee

Selection Process

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): Duration of 2 hours, consisting of 100 questions:
   • 70% questions will be based on subject-specific knowledge
   • 30% questions will be from General Knowledge, General Intelligence, General Aptitude, and English
