1. Technician (Audio Visual)

Educational Qualification: 10th standard with 60% marks and a 2-year diploma in Computer Science, IT, Digital Photography, Video Editing, Sound Recording, Electronics & Communication, or Visual Communication from a government-recognized institute.
Desirable: One year experience handling audio-visual equipment, video editing, and related software.
Age Limit: 18–28 years (relaxation as per Government of India rules).

2. Lab Attendant

Hindi: प्रयोगशाला परिचर

Pay Matrix Level: Level-1 (₹18,000 – ₹56,900)
Category: SC-2
Educational Qualification: 12th (Science) with 60% marks, OR 10th with 60% marks and a 2-year certificate/diploma in Library Science, Lab Technology, or IT from a recognized institute.
Age Limit: 18–27 years (relaxation as per rules).

3. Cook

Hindi: रसोइया

Pay Matrix Level: Level-2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200)
Category: OBC-1 and SC-1
Educational Qualification: High School with Degree/Diploma in Cookery or Culinary Arts from a recognized institute.
Desirable: Two years’ experience as Cook/Bearer in a reputed hotel or organization.
Age Limit: 18–28 years (relaxation as per rules).

Eligibility Criteria & Reservation

Must be an Indian citizen.
All qualifications and age limits must be met as of the crucial date (18.11.2025).
Reserved category candidates must produce valid caste certificates issued by competent authorities.
OBC certificate must not be older than one year from the closing date.
Certificates in vernacular languages must include an English translation attested by a Gazetted Officer.
PwBD candidates must provide valid disability certificates issued by a recognized medical board.
Recruitment is for backlog vacancies for OBC and SC categories.
OBC applicants must include a declaration confirming Non-Creamy Layer status.

Selection Process

Selection will be through a two-tier process:

Tier-I (Written Examination): Objective MCQ, 100 marks, 2 hours.
- General Awareness – 25 marks
- Reasoning – 25 marks
- Mathematical Ability – 25 marks
- Language (Hindi/English) – 25 marks
- Negative marking: ¼ mark per wrong answer.
Tier-II (Skill/Trade Test): Qualifying only, based on post-specific practical skills.
No Interview: As per government norms for Group-C posts.
Exam Centre: Dehradun only.
Final Merit: Based on Tier-I results subject to qualifying Tier-II.
