Base Salary and Employment Type
The pay scales are as per the IDA 2017 pattern ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹2,20,000 depending on the post (E-1 to E-5). The compensation package includes Basic Pay, Industrial DA, HRA, Perquisites and Allowances under the cafeteria approach, EPF, Gratuity, and Performance Related Pay. Employment is full-time and permanent, subject to a service agreement of two years.

Eligibility Criteria (Education & Experience)
- General Manager: MBA (Marketing/Finance) or CA/CMA with 15 years experience.
- Deputy General Manager: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics) with 12 years experience.
- Chief Manager (Technology): B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/IT/CS) with 9 years experience.
- Chief Manager (F&A): CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) with 9 years experience.
- Manager (F&A): CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) with 5 years experience.
- Deputy Manager (Various): Relevant degree with MBA/professional qualification and 2 years experience.
Note: Minimum 60% marks required (5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).

Selection Process
