Nationality & Citizenship Criteria
A candidate must be either:
- A Citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal, or
- A subject of Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Important Condition: Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv), and (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Govt. of India.

| Mandatory Experience | 15 years in the banking or financial services, out of which minimum five years shall be in the Audit / Finance / Compliance / Legal / Risk Management functions. Note regarding Control Functions: Risk Management functions shall also include control functions within the business lines. Therefore, if a regional / zonal / business head had the requisite responsibility / experience in the control functions of the business lines for five years or more, they shall be eligible for the post of CCO under this condition. |
Place of Posting / Location
Primary Placement: The selected applicant shall be preferably placed at Head Office / Corporate Office of the Bank.
Administrative Transfer Provision: However, the bank reserves the right to post the candidate to any office in India depending on the administrative requirements.
