• Retired Chief Manager: ₹60,000 per month (Lump Sum)
• Retired Assistant General Manager: ₹75,000 per month (Lump Sum)

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• First Class Engineering Graduate or MCA or equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institution
• OR Diploma in Computer Science
• Postgraduate qualification in IT / Computer / IT-related areas will be given preference

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant IT areas
• At least 5 years of experience at Senior Management Level
• Experience in Banking IT, IT policy and planning, financial networks and applications, financial information systems, cyber security technologies, and payment technologies
