Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must be a graduate from a recognized University or Institute in India.
• Candidate must have proficient knowledge of Hindi and English language.
• Candidate must hold domicile of the state in which the bank has its area of operation.
• Candidates must fulfill the prescribed age and qualification conditions, otherwise they may be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment process.

Application Fee

The application fee is non-refundable. Bank transaction charges for online payment of application fee or intimation charges shall be borne by the candidate.

How to Apply

1. Visit the recruitment section of the bank’s website and go to the Career section.
2. Click on Apply Now and choose New Registration.
3. Enter name, contact details and email ID to generate provisional registration number and password.
4. Fill the online application form carefully and verify all details before final submission.
5. Upload scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration in the prescribed format.
6. Proceed to payment and pay the application fee through online mode.
7. Submit the application form and take a printout of the final submitted application and e-receipt.

Documents Required for Online Application

• Recent passport size colour photograph
• Signature in black ink on white paper
• Left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink
• Handwritten declaration in English only:
  “I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their merit in the online written examination. Appointment letters will be issued on merit basis subject to the candidate being found medically fit for the assignment.

• Haldwani, District Nainital
• Dehradun, District Dehradun

Candidates have to choose one centre of their preference. No request for change of centre, venue, date or session will be entertained. The bank reserves the right to cancel or add centres and may allot a different centre depending upon response and administrative feasibility.

Important Instructions

• Applications will be accepted through online mode only.
• No other mode of application will be accepted.
• All details submitted in the online form will be treated as final.
• No modification in application details will be allowed after submission.
• The bank reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process partly or entirely at any time.
• The number of vacancies mentioned is provisional and may vary as per bank requirement.
• Selected candidates may be posted or transferred to any existing or proposed branch or office of the bank.
• Candidates must abide by the terms and conditions of the bank as mentioned in the code of conduct and appointment letter.
• Candidates reporting late after the reporting time mentioned in the call letter will not be permitted to take the examination.
• Candidates must appear only once in the online examination. Multiple appearances will lead to cancellation of candidature.
• The tests or question papers are not disclosed to anybody after the examination.

Call Letter and Identity Verification

Candidates will have to download the call letter from the official website using registration number or roll number and password or date of birth. A recent recognizable photograph, preferably the same as uploaded during registration, must be affixed on the call letter.

• Printout of call letter is mandatory.
• Original valid photo identity proof and photocopy are mandatory.
• Accepted ID proofs include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Permanent Driving License, Voter Card, or valid recent identity card issued by a recognized College or University with photograph.
• Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License are not valid ID proofs.
• If the name on the call letter and identity proof does not exactly match, the candidate may not be allowed to appear in the examination.
