Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• The candidate must be well conversant with the local language.
• In-service candidates must apply through proper channel.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate with CAIIB / DBF / Diploma in Cooperative Business Management or equivalent qualification, OR
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant, OR
• Post Graduate in any discipline.

Work Experience Requirement

• The candidate must have at least 8 (eight) years of work experience at the middle or senior level in the banking sector.
• Middle / senior level means the third level (scale/cadre) onward in the officer cadre, excluding the first two levels.
• It may also include the highest two levels below the level of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Application Process

1. The application must be submitted on plain paper and addressed to “The Chairman”.
2. The application should contain complete and full bio-data of the applicant.
3. Two recent passport size photographs must be attached.
4. Self-attested copies of testimonials supporting age, qualification, and experience must be enclosed.
5. A declaration as per the prescribed proforma is mandatory.
6. The envelope should be superscribed with “Application for the Post of Managing Director”.
7. Applications should reach the bank on or before 24 December 2025.
8. Applications may be sent by post or courier service or submitted directly at the Chairman’s Office within the stipulated period.
