Selected interns will be posted at the Head Office of the respective DCCBs. TGCAB reserves the right to post or transfer interns to any DCCB in Telangana based on functional requirements.
Remuneration
- Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: ₹25,000/-
- TA/DA: As applicable to Staff Assistants of the respective Bank
- No other allowances or benefits are admissible
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent in Marketing Management / Cooperative Management / Agri Business Management / Rural Development Management from a recognized University or Institution approved by Government of India or its regulatory bodies
- OR a 2-year PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) from an AICTE / UGC accredited institution
- Proficiency in Computer Operations is mandatory
- Proficiency in Telugu Language is essential
- Nativity: Candidate must be a local resident of Telangana State
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 30 Years as on 01 December 2025
Candidates must be born between 02.12.1995 and 01.12.2004 (both dates inclusive)

Selection Process
- Merit-based shortlisting based on academic qualifications
- Interview for shortlisted candidates
- Document Verification at TGCAB Head Office, Hyderabad

Leave, Working Hours & Conduct
- Working hours will be as per Bank norms
- 10 Casual Leaves allowed per year
- Unauthorized absence may lead to termination without notice
- Interns will be governed by the conduct and discipline rules of TGCAB/DCCB
Service Bond & Termination
- Execution of Service Bond for one year is mandatory
- Original academic certificates must be deposited at the time of joining
- Internship can be terminated by either side with one month notice
- Early exit before one year will attract a penalty of ₹15,000
