Eligibility Criteria & Cadre Requirements

1. Cadre / Rank

The recruitment for Relationship Manager is being conducted for the cadre ranks of Manager and Assistant Manager on a Regular Basis.

2. Educational Qualification

Degree: Any Graduation or Post Graduation from a recognized university.
Class & Marks: Must have secured First Class with a minimum of 60% Marks.
Stream Mode: The qualification must be completed under a regular stream.

3. Age Limit

The candidate's age must be not more than 35 years as on the crucial cutoff date: 31.08.2026.

4. Work Experience Requirements

Cadre / Post	Minimum Required Banking Experience	Specific Domain / Functional Area
Manager	At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Bank	Sourcing / Processing loans / MSME Loans / retail loans
Assistant Manager	At least 2 years of relevant experience in a Bank	Sourcing / Processing loans / MSME Loans / retail loans

5. Vigilance & Regulatory Clearance

No vigilance case or adverse observation from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or any other Statutory Authority shall be pending against the candidate identified for appointment as Relationship Manager.
