The selected Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing business relationships, managing high-value credit portfolios, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving the Bank's business objectives.
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients with substantial credit requirements and build a strong professional network.
- Cultivate and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Maintain relationships with high-value customers while understanding their changing financial requirements.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking credit products and services.
- Achieve and exceed annual business and revenue targets.
- Guide new customers through a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage the allotted high-value credit portfolio and ensure quality asset management.
- Negotiate credit terms, loan conditions and applicable interest rates with customers.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer grievances efficiently.
- Contribute to the Bank's strategies for expanding its customer base and strengthening client relationships.
- Prepare reports relating to account performance, sales activities and market insights.
- Participate in industry events and professional networking activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Bank from time to time.
